How many generations?
I am the third generation.
I'm proud to be a farmer because... I am maintaining a legacy of all farmers and my own family by continuing to grow our family farm. Hopefully, making it a place where my children can carry on our tradition. I am growing healthy food for those that are unable to.
My favorite way to eat a potato:
Loaded Baked Potato
Established in 1937, the Idaho Potato Commission (IPC) is a state agency that is responsible for promoting and protecting the famous "Grown in Idaho®" seal, a federally registered trademark that assures consumers they are purchasing genuine, top-quality Idaho® potatoes. Idaho's ideal growing conditions, including rich, volcanic soil, climate and irrigation differentiate Idaho® potatoes from potatoes grown in other states.
